Ce processus est le stade initial de la destruction de l&rsquo;\u00e9mail et de la formation de l\u00e9sions carieuses.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x44D;&#x442;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;\"><strong>\u00c9tiologie et physiopathologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00c0 un pH neutre (\u22487), les processus de d\u00e9min\u00e9ralisation (dissolution des cristaux de la composante min\u00e9rale) et de remin\u00e9ralisation (restauration partielle ou totale des cristaux de la composante min\u00e9rale) de l&rsquo;\u00e9mail et de la dentine sont en \u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le processus de d\u00e9min\u00e9ralisation pr\u00e9domine lorsque le pH \u00e0 la surface de la dent tombe en dessous d&rsquo;un niveau critique (pH=5,2-5,5). Les acides produits par les bact\u00e9ries du biofilm ou ing\u00e9r\u00e9s avec les aliments dissolvent les cristaux d&rsquo;hydroxyapatite.
