La formation d\u2019exsudat est l\u2019un des signes cl\u00e9s de la r\u00e9ponse inflammatoire.<\/p>\n\n<p>Son apparition est li\u00e9e au m\u00e9canisme principal de l\u2019inflammation : l\u2019augmentation de la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 de la paroi vasculaire. Contrairement au transsudat (\u0153d\u00e8me non inflammatoire), les parois des capillaires deviennent perm\u00e9ables non seulement \u00e0 l\u2019eau, mais aussi aux grosses mol\u00e9cules prot\u00e9iques (comme le fibrinog\u00e8ne) et aux cellules sanguines (leucocytes).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x432;&#x438;&#x434;&#x44B;\"><strong>Physiopathologie et types<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Selon sa composition, d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par la cause et le stade de l\u2019inflammation, plusieurs types principaux d\u2019exsudat sont distingu\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>S\u00e9reux.<\/strong> Transparent, aqueux, pauvre en cellules. Caract\u00e9ristique des stades initiaux de l\u2019inflammation ou des infections virales (par exemple, contenu des cloques de br\u00fblure).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fibrineux.<\/strong> Contient une grande quantit\u00e9 de fibrinog\u00e8ne, qui, en se d\u00e9posant sous forme de filaments de fibrine, forme des membranes \u00e0 la surface des organes (par exemple, dans la p\u00e9ricardite fibrineuse).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Purulent.<\/strong> Liquide trouble et visqueux, compos\u00e9 d\u2019un grand nombre de neutrophiles morts et vivants, de micro-organismes et de produits de d\u00e9gradation tissulaire. La nature de l\u2019exsudat est un crit\u00e8re diagnostique important.<\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019analyse de l\u2019exsudat obtenu par ponction a une grande valeur clinique.
