{"id":2926,"date":"2026-01-29T17:22:20","date_gmt":"2026-01-29T14:22:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wiki.dev.voka.io\/glossary\/diascopia\/"},"modified":"2026-01-29T17:22:22","modified_gmt":"2026-01-29T14:22:22","slug":"diascopia","status":"publish","type":"glossary_item","link":"https:\/\/wiki.dev.voka.io\/es\/glosario\/diascopia\/","title":{"rendered":"Diascopia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La diascopia (del griego <em>dia<\/em> &#8211; a trav\u00e9s y <em>skopeo<\/em> &#8211; mirar) es un m\u00e9todo diagn\u00f3stico sencillo pero importante en dermatolog\u00eda, que consiste en presionar el elemento eruptivo con un objeto transparente (portaobjetos, esp\u00e1tula de cristal o regla transparente). <\/p>\n\n<p>El procedimiento permite desangrar la piel del punto de presi\u00f3n, desplazando la sangre de los vasos del lecho microcirculatorio.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Importancia cl\u00ednica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>El m\u00e9todo se utiliza para el diagn\u00f3stico diferencial de las manchas:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Manchas vasculares (inflamatorias):<\/strong> Cuando se aplica presi\u00f3n, palidecen o desaparecen al escapar la sangre de los vasos dilatados.
