Es gibt keine faszialen Trennw\u00e4nde oder Barrieren, daher deckt es anatomisch das gesamte Sch\u00e4deldach von den Augenbrauenb\u00f6gen vorne bis zur oberen Nackenlinie hinten ab.<\/p>\n\n<p>Eine Blutung in diesem Bereich tritt meist nach einem starken stumpfen Schlag auf den Kopf, einer Traktionsverletzung (z.B. beim Greifen nach den Haaren) oder der Verwendung eines Vakuumextraktors bei komplizierten Geburten auf. Die Quelle der massiven Blutung sind verletzte Emissarvenen, die durch die Sch\u00e4delknochen verlaufen und \u00e4u\u00dfere Gewebe mit intrakranialen ven\u00f6sen Sinus verbinden.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Signifikanz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Aufgrund des Fehlens anatomischer Einschr\u00e4nkungen ist das subaponeurotische H\u00e4matom in der Lage, gro\u00dfe Blutmengen aufzunehmen. Bei Erwachsenen kann das Volumen der Blutung mehrere hundert Milliliter erreichen, w\u00e4hrend bei Neugeborenen der Blutverlust in diesem Raum schnell zu einem lebensbedrohlichen h\u00e4morrhagischen Schock f\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n\n<p>Visuell breitet sich das H\u00e4matom \u00fcber den gesamten Kopf aus. Unter der Wirkung der Schwerkraft sinkt das Blut h\u00e4ufig in die Gesichtsregion und f\u00fchrt zu ausgedehnten sekund\u00e4ren Blutungen um die Augen (\u201eBrillen-Symptom\u201c). Bei der Palpation wird ein ausgepr\u00e4gtes Symptom der Fluktuation festgestellt \u2014 wellenartiges Rollen von Fl\u00fcssigkeit unter den Fingern. Im Gegensatz zum Cephalh\u00e4matom geht die subaponeurotische Ansammlung von Blut frei \u00fcber die Grenzen der Sch\u00e4deln\u00e4hte hinweg.
