In der Parodontologie wird hiermit h\u00e4ufig der Abbau von Knochensubstanz zwischen den Z\u00e4hnen oder zwischen den Wurzeln eines Zahnes bezeichnet.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x44D;&#x442;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;\"><strong>\u00c4tiologie und Pathophysiologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Das Vorhandensein von Bakterien und deren Giftstoffen im Wurzelkanal l\u00f6st eine chronische Immunantwort aus. Der K\u00f6rper aktiviert Osteoklasten, die den Knochen zerst\u00f6ren, wodurch Platz f\u00fcr die Bildung eines apikalen Granuloms oder einer Zyste geschaffen wird. So wird eine Schutzbarriere zwischen der Infektionsstelle im Zahn und dem gesunden Kieferknochen geschaffen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Signifikanz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Auf einem R\u00f6ntgenbild erscheint Knochenresorption als ein Bereich der Aufhellung (ein Schatten) mit klaren oder verschwommenen Konturen.
