Sie erhebt sich \u00fcber die Haut, hat eine flache Oberfl\u00e4che, variiert in Form und Farbe von porzellanwei\u00df bis rosa.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Das Hauptmerkmal eines Blisters ist, dass er ephemer (kurzlebig) ist.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x44D;&#x442;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;\"><strong>\u00c4tiologie und Pathophysiologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Die Blase ist das Hauptelement der Urtikaria. Die Pathogenese ist mit einer erh\u00f6hten Permeabilit\u00e4t der Gef\u00e4\u00dfwand unter der Wirkung von Histamin und anderen von Mastzellen freigesetzten Mediatoren verbunden. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Bedeutung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Die Blase dauert einige Minuten bis einige Stunden und verschwindet dann spurlos. Sie wird von einem ausgepr\u00e4gten, intensiven Juckreiz begleitet (&#8222;Brennen&#8220; wie bei Brennnesseln).
