Bedingt durch diese starren W\u00e4nde steigt bei einer Entz\u00fcndung (Hyperemie und Schwellung) der Druck im Zahninneren schnell an und dr\u00fcckt die Gef\u00e4\u00dfe und Nerven ab. Der begrenzte Kollateralkreislauf durch die enge apikale \u00d6ffnung verringert die regenerativen F\u00e4higkeiten des Pulpagewebes bei schweren Verletzungen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Signifikanz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Die Zahnpulpa dient der Dentinbildung, der N\u00e4hrstoffversorgung der Hartgewebe, dem Schutz des Zahnhalteapparates vor Infektionen und der Reizwahrnehmung. Die meisten akuten Zahnschmerzen sind auf eine Entz\u00fcndung der Pulpa zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.
